Peak seasons' rate : July-August, Christmas and New Year's holidays, All Saints holidays.

Mid-seasons'rate : from April to June and the whole September month, Carnaval and Easter holidays.

Off-seasons'rate : the rest of the year.

The arrivals are after 16.00PM and the departure before 10.30AM.

The charges (water, electricity and heating) are 16€/day from 1st May till 30th of September and 18€/day from 1st October till 30th of April.

A deposit of 125€ is asked at your arrival.

Optional : cleaning fee of 55€.
